It is our policy to deliver your order as quickly as possible at Dvd's Direct 2U.
We almost always despatch your order within a few hours of being placed. Our customers usually receive their orders within 2 days.  Please do allow for variations in the postal service when ordering.

Delivery charges start at just £1.49, you can make further delivery choices at the checkout. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, then using the contact us link, let us know.  We will try to resolve the issue the issue for you.  Remember to tell us if it arrives in the meantime.

All our items are marked as weighing 1kg, this is so our website can work out the shipping charges on a per item basis.  We do NOT charge you for 1kg in postal charges if you only order one DVD.

For example: if you order one DVD to a UK address, the delivery cost will be £1.49.  
Each extra DVD is charged at only £1.00.
International rates start at £2.49 per DVD

RETURNS:

We have a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return for a full refund, we do not refund postage costs.

All returns must be authorised, this can be done by sending us a message via the contact us link.   State the product, order number, and problem you have with the item.  We will then issue you a returns number, which you must state on the return packaging.  Then simply post it back to us via recorded delivery for a full refund.
